塑料袋PE膠袋生產(chǎn)工藝的特點介紹

按制作工藝分為：PE平口袋、自封袋、夾鏈袋、信封袋、沖孔手提袋、手挽手提袋、拉鏈袋、PE膜。

According to the production process, it is divided into: PE flat bag, self sealing bag, chain clip bag, envelope bag, punched handbag, hand held handbag, zipper bag, and PE film.

1、PE平口袋為簡單的制作工藝，由機器吹膜后，再到制袋機上面切成一個一個袋子，底部封口。

1. PE flat pockets are a simple production process, which involves machine blowing the film and then cutting it into bags on top of the bag making machine, with the bottom sealed.

2、自封袋是由機器吹膜的時候帶一個骨條，可手動封口。不同于夾鏈袋，一般這兩種袋子容易混淆。

2. Self sealing bags come with a bone strip when blown by a machine and can be manually sealed. Unlike chain bags, these two types of bags are generally prone to confusion.

3、夾鏈袋是由PE膜，在上面加上2條夾鏈條（此夾鏈條是另外單獨出來的）制作而成的袋子，袋子兩邊一般有比較寬的壓痕，而自封袋沒有。自封袋印刷顏色少，而夾鏈袋可以印刷復雜圖案。

3. A chain clip bag is a bag made of PE film with two separate chain clips added to it. There are generally wide indentations on both sides of the bag, while self sealing bags do not. Self sealing bags have fewer printing colors, while chain pockets can print complex patterns.

4、信封袋是像信封一樣有個舌頭，在舌頭上貼上一條膠條，折過來可以將袋子封口。一般服裝類用的比較多。還有快遞袋其實也是信封袋的一種。

4. An envelope bag has a tongue like an envelope, with a strip of adhesive attached to the tongue that can be folded over to seal the bag. It is commonly used in the general clothing category. And express delivery bags are actually a type of envelope bag.

5、沖孔手提袋就是在平口袋頂部適當位置打個孔，以方便將袋子提起來。

6、手挽手提袋是要在袋子頂部再加塑料膜條，方便袋子提起來，這種工藝耗人工，成本相對高一些。

7、拉鏈袋就是在袋子封口處裝上拉鏈條并帶上拉鏈帽。

8、PE膜就是機器吹出來后不做成袋子的薄膜。還分為纏繞膜和收縮膜之分。
