塑料袋定制需要經(jīng)過哪些流程？

1、 提供塑料袋的具體尺寸,確定所要使用的材料。如果客戶有原來的袋子,直接報規(guī)格、尺寸,如果沒有,客戶看到其他客戶的袋子比較喜歡，可以給他找個樣品參考。

3、 選擇塑料袋的樣式類型:現(xiàn)在市面上用的袋型一般是那種稱為背心袋的購物袋。有用來裝食品的叫做食品袋,用的叫購物袋。如果要做好一點的袋子就做挖孔袋,這種袋子一般比較厚,矩形,上方有一開口,分折邊或者不折邊；如果你是做工藝品、家紡生意的,可能平口袋；如果是食品行業(yè)的用的多的就是復(fù)合袋了,裝豆瓣、餅干、泡椒鳳爪、茶葉、糖果這類,這類一般都是兩層復(fù)合、三層復(fù)合,要蒸煮的話又分為普通、高溫蒸煮袋,根據(jù)所要裝的產(chǎn)品來定。這類袋子圖案一般比較精美,用的是電雕版,封口有側(cè)封、背封、中封的,有的還要打孔。
